Mixgalaxy Records is the spot to check out new and upcoming sound producers from Russia and other parts of the world. The releases are free and vary in styles. And if you're looking for a label? Well they accept demos. From their about page:
“MixGalaxy Records is a Russian net-label formed in 2009 by the users of a MixGalaxy.ru forum with the aim of delivering diverse music to its listeners. The initial goals were to foster a sense of dialog and mutual aid among musicians. Over time, though, enough interesting – and good! – material was gathered that the idea emerged of distributing it. Now the prime objective of MixGalaxy Records is to develop music written by independent Russian (and foreign) composers; in addition we hope to find a committed audience for those same musicians, too. This is all done according to the key principles of variety and a maximally broad range of genres.”

Moshang's packs get an A+ for quality

Moshang posts audio mixes of his own on a regular basis. And best of all they're extremely inexpensive, about $1.33 USD to buy for yourself. And if you like loop packs to play with, you can download two packs from his site for free. If you want to use them commercially, you only need to pay a $10 USD license each. The two packs are high quality, chill / downbeat jazz variants and are worth a listen and donwload.
I was intoruduced to Profetik Alchemy Productions by Siberian Son of Mixgalaxy Records. They are an independent hip hop label and hip hop show in Oakland, California.
